Business Development Director

Mission:

 

 

Develop, expand and generate new business opportunities on targeted new logos and targeted strategic/large new scope in existing accounts

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

 

Go to market

 

 

  • Define client strategy for client penetration
  • Work with partner and analysts /TPA to perform client research
  • Work effectively with relevant alliances when required

 

 

Customer management

 

 

  • Build balanced valuable client relationships at CxO level
  • Main focus on FS&I vertical 
  • Propose innovative ways and partnerships in order to develop unsolicited offers
  • Support selling and proactively propose innovations and initiatives to improve customer driven position/ performance

 

 

Leadership

 

 

  • Mentorship deal teams to win deals
  • Influence customers and partner business decisions
  • Develop relationship with 3rd party advisor / partner to expand business with a customer.
  • Participate / lead events to improve ATOS leading position on the market

 

 

Operations

 

 

  • Develop new Sales opportunities up to Deal qualification
  • Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow company process
  • Translate business development strategy into a measurable plan

 

 

Required capabilities and certification

 

 

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 - 12 year Business Development experience with consistent track record.
  • Main focus on FS&I vertical experience
  • Strong experience in the IT field
  • Build positive relationship at CxO level within the client organization.
  • Market analytical skills, strong industry knowledge
  • Relationship and communication
  • Innovative thinking, ground-breaking problem solver

  • Leadership, strategic/consultative selling & agility
  • Able to drive customer needs and develop an insight selling view
