The business unit with international coverage "Artificial Intelligence, data analytics & Edge Computing" is expanding rapidly and is recruiting a Lead Architect.


You will work with the product managers and the CTO in defining product roadmap items for our portfolio of AI, data analytics, Edge & IoT solutions.

The role will encompass the in-depth analyses of technical options for our products and solutions, the pro-active analyses of technology trends as well as the identification of potential differentiators in this very fast-moving market segment. You will also thrive in an adviser and opinion leadership role towards the sales network. The lead architect will as well play a key role in developing and supporting POCs and will proactively interact with the sales network as well as with end customers.


Missions : 


Edge / AI solutions portfolio at the global level :


  • Lead the design, sizing and the development of computer vision projects
  • Design of data analytics projects
  • Help to develop solutions for private and public 5G/Telco Edge DC
  • Prepare and perform demos
  • Maintain and animate technical relationships with customers
  • Opinion leadership / Influencer / blog Technology evaluation and solution enablement
  • Develop security concepts and implementations to further secure our Edge to cloud architectures
  • Edge/IOT management, provisioning and deployment solutions
  • Evaluate acceleration devices and the related frameworks for AI, compute and networking
  • New CPU and system architectures, Edge / Cloud storage and clustering solutions


Sales and Pre-sales support :


  • Help to evaluate new ISV partner solutions
  • Support product management on competition analysis
  • Help to identify customer demands and influence product roadmaps
  • Support the sales and pre-sales network in selected bids
  • Perform presentations and trainings
  • Engage with customers to develop a keen understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical needs
  • Security concepts and implementations
  • Edge/IOT management, provisioning and deployment solutions
  • Acceleration devices and the related frameworks
  • New CPU and system architectures


Profile : 


With an engineer/master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, you have significant experience in technical roles in AI or Edge computing

You are familiar with following technicals domains :


- Security expertise for Edge to cloud architectures, IOT, encryption, root of trust, secure boot, zero trust.

- OS architectures and virtualization concepts

- Cloud / Edge / IOT system management

- Containers and Kubernetes

- DevOps solutions

- Networking architecture and implementation

- Edge/IIoT applications and system design

- Machine learning including neural networks, the related frameworks as well Inference model optimization/pruning

- 5G, vRAN and MEC/Telco solutions

- Cloud services, SaaS, Big Data Languages
