Job Description Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities


• Oversee operations of white-glove service desk to a remote sales organization

• Troubleshoot Citrix client connectivity, RSA token, and VDI issues.

• Responsible for tracking and reporting key deliverables as applicable

• Onboarding, Training and Mentoring Staff

• Ensuring that high levels of service are maintained

• Holding team and customer meetings

• Responsible for SLA adherence

• Ticket and queue management

• Remote Support

• Effectively manages competing priorities and demands

• Proactively communicates with customers and other relevant parties

• Understands customer requirements and follows through to ensure satisfaction

• Gathers facts, asks appropriate questions to resolve problems based on sound judgment.

• Knows when and how to escalate issues in a professional manner.

• Demonstrates ability to efficiently and effectively find answers to questions

• Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution

• Use tracking and analysis tools as applicable

• Troubleshooting Dell, HP and Microsoft Hardware

• Continuous Service Improvement

• 5+ years’ experience in IT with large corporation

• Windows 8

• Windows 10

• Office 365

• MS Outlook - expert

• Lotus Notes is a plus

• SCCM • Active Directory (passwords, account issues, permissions, group membership)

• Knowledge with Citrix plugins and interfaces • Dell, HP, and Apple Tablet Knowledge

• BitLocker/Encryption

• MS Deployment Toolkit
