Job description:

 

 

Industry Associate Partner / The consultant we are looking for is a specialist and leader in financial services and insurance with a passion for driving innovation and change within the industry. This individual will have experience within the financial services industry across one or more of these financial areas: Banking, Capital markets, Insurance and Finance and Risk – which may include functional experience within one/more of the following: Intelligent Banking Operations, Customer Excellence and Innovation. In addition, he or she will have eye for business and be a part of the leadership team with delivery responsibility and critical roles in growing the business. You will be an experienced leader adept at building client relationships and leading complex engagement. They will have responsibility for a number of high-profile client projects. You are responsible for converting net new or existing business into high degrees of client satisfaction. You have experience and high-level business / industry relationships that results in high-impact, revenue generating account growth. You are capable of leading large teams while providing deep domain expertise and business strategy necessary to ensure quality delivery.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Client Engagement
  • Work in close proximity with the customers, account team, and the delivery team to identify business
  • related problems and present outcome
  • based solutions
  • Provide direct consulting services to customer
  • Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth Leadership
  • Lead our FS&I consulting engagements
  • Select resources for delivery of an engagement
  • Provide billing consultants on projects with mentorship related to the engagements and customers they are working with and on behalf of
  • Responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants
  • Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services
  • Develop thought leadership within the firm, writing papers and producing case studies Delivery
  • Directly contribute to business development and pre-sales
  • Responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a manner that is quality
  • driven, meets internal standards, and the expectations of the customer
  • Must be willing to travel and work remotely as and when required

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

 

  • Educated to a Bachelor or Master’s degree level
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience running large and complex programs with teams of more than 30 people and multiple suppliers.
  • Experience operating in big IT environments and understanding of how to handle multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Proficient in English and the local language of the country/GBU
