Financial Business Analyst – Corporate Finance Graduate Program 

Work within the corporate finance of Atos North America. Participate in a multi-year rotational program where you will learn multiple skillsets within the Finance and Accounting community, which will equip you for a successful transition into a permanent role at the conclusion of the program. This opportunity provides diversified and well-rounded training that develops you for excellence and flexibility.  

 

Program details:  

  • Potential disciplines of rotation include Financial Controlling, Financial Operations/Accounting, Financial Architect and Modeling, Financial Planning and Analysis, and more.  
  • Graduates will work with a mentor and will be placed into a structured program.  
  • Each rotation will last approximately 8-12 months and the employee will be assigned to a different Manager within the discipline for each leg of the rotation.  
  • Graduates will gain hands on training and experience and will receive routine feedback and mentorship from the managers.  
  • Graduates are encouraged to obtain an MBA or CPA (unless already earned). Atos provides tuition reimbursement.  

 

Required  

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business (Graduated within 12 months)  
  • Ideally a GPA 3.5/4.0 or higher. Must be greater than a 3.0.  
  • Willingness and ability to earn MBA or CPA  
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  
  • Effective oral and written communication skills  
  • Self-motivated and excellent time management skills Preferred  
  • Meaningful finance internship work experience preferred
