The Digital Transformation Partner (DTP) is accountable for ensuring that Atos becomes a major digital transformation provider in our Platinum accounts and across other major opportunities. DTPs need to be highly motivated to achieve challenging growth and profitability targets within short timescales. They will work effectively with the Account Sponsor and Client Executive Partner to build a material pipeline of net new digital transformation work. This will be achieved by leveraging CxO relationships and building solutions and propositions to help our FSI clients achieve their business objectives. They will build a cross-functional team in their nominated accounts to help secure and deliver new work


Your life at Atos:

  • Identify and originate business opportunities and obtain accounts, against agreed targets ($3m annually), assisting with bid management and contract development.
  • Actively develop C-Suite networks and take ownership for sales pipeline against agreed targets.
  • Develop sales strategy and pipeline with associated revenue and profit margin targets.
  • Identify and develop consulting talent, empower and lead consulting teams both with FS&I and across Atos partners.
  • Provide active leadership as a member of the FS&I Consulting executive team. Act as the primary liaison with clients, addressing service needs, requests, and issues.
  • Lead and assist with consulting services, coordinating program delivery and execution of client initiatives.
  • Build a positive relationship with Atos’s Sales organization and collaborate with them to secure FS&I Consulting is central to opportunity development, closure and implementation.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement strategies, initiatives, and solutions, improving current infrastructure to meet objectives.
  • Lead and support consulting teams and senior leadership, coordinating account activities and evaluating performance.


Business and Solution Leadership:

  • Lead the digital transformation journey for key Platinum Atos accounts, plus selected major deals and new logos
  • Become a trusted advisor at CxO level, working closely to intimately understand their business issues and objectives
  • Achieve material change in mix of Atos services provided to Platinum accounts by building a significant pipeline of new opportunities
  • Responsible for selling $xxm of OE/ ER across nominated account/s and opportunities
  • Create persuasive strategic recommendations to drive digitally enabled change
  • Leverage deep knowledge and strategic understanding of FSI markets and sub markets to build appropriate value adding propositions for the client
  • Secure buy-in with the client at all levels and take ownership for successful delivery
  • Recruit, build and develop a complementary DTx team, to help build and sell propositions
  • Inspire and lead this cross-functional team to help identify and close opportunities
  • Review performance of the management team and other key members
  • Work in partnership with our clients (and other partners) to successfully deliver and enable digital transformation
  • Orchestrate the upskilling and transformation of the Atos team staffed on the client's engagements
  • Facilitate quarterly inspect and adapt sessions for feedback on portfolio offerings to the central team

  • Extensive C-suite experience with well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrable evidence of working with CxO level to determine where to compete, how to differentiate and how to innovate business models by taking advantage of digital technologies        
  • Proven track record of winning substantial digital transformation programs in existing accounts or new logos  
  • Evidence of long term of consulting success; an ability to manage large and complex projects, lead team members and partner with client stakeholders to achieve a common goal.  
  • Professional network in the FSI industry that can be leveraged for business growth              
  • Advanced knowledge of modern software delivery focus on digital transformation and business value realization    


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a top institution
  • 15+ years of consulting experience -Sophisticated solid understanding of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-developed industry expertise in a domain of alignment (financial services, consumer products, human capital, shared services, etc.)
  • Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and outstanding client service
  • Ability to structure and lead intensive workloads
  • High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively take care of increasingly diverse clients and teams
  • Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives
