TMT -Project Manager

Job Overview:  

  • The Project Manager primary role is ensuring and delivering successful and quality projects on time.  The PM will influence a team of professionals in completing project tasks, and deliverables. The PM need to demonstrate great communication skills to oversee and track different projects at the same time.
  • Eligibility Requirements
    • At least 1.5 year of successful experience in managing IT projects preferably in infrastructure area
    • Experience as Project Coordinator related to support project managers on creating documents and tracking action items
    • Experience within Service Management

Your Life at Atos: 

  • You would oversee one or multiple projects depending on the size and complexity. Your team could consist of functional resources like network engineers, security auditors, technical SME’s and PMO support that will help you driving to success; however, you would be overall first point of contact for the project governance including the planning, execution, and communicating status to the PMO board. 

What will make you successful/or “Your X Factor”: 

  • A good technical understanding or being familiar with infrastructure terminology and application DevOps projects.
  • Soft skills on developing and proposing Dashboard or Project Reports
  • Excellent soft skills especially with written and spoken communications and presenting skills
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills
  • Excellent skills to create project tracker, follow up issues, action items etc
  • Familiar with cloud terminology like Google cloud, GCP, etc


Your Expertise: 

  • Education:  
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT or other related field or equivalent training
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in IT services
    • Successful track record leading IT projects
    • Preferred project background:
      • Experience with infrastructure projects that includes but not limited to datacenter or cloud
      • Experience as Project Coordinator

      • IT project methodology
      • Written and verbal communication skills
      • Presentation skills
      • Negotiation skills
      • Time management
      • Escalation management
    • Medium skills using the following tools:
      • MS Project
      • Powerpoint
      • Excel
      • Word


  • Preferred Skills
    • Prior experience in IT Infrastructure projects or DevOps
    • Knowledge of ITIL service management processes
  • Certifications
    • Preferred: PMP, Scrum
