Your Tasks


- Acquisition of new customers, as well as the development, maintenance and intensification of existing customer relationships with the goal of a long-lasting, successful partnership
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth processes by managing the various departments involved. This also includes identifying potential difficulties and counteracting these challenges
- Identifying business needs and then developing and addressing proposal ideas to decision makers, as well as customizing and expanding in negotiation situations with customers
- Plan and execute the proposal process considering all customer requirements, critical issues and risks with expert input
- Developing the strategy for customer growth and customer goals as well as identifying the required resources together with the entire team
Your profile

- Completed university degree
- Professional experience in the areas of sales and customer management
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and acting
- High assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Very good industry and market knowledge, as well as technical knowledge and operational processes in the customer business environment
- Fluency in German and English

We are required by law to state that the annual gross salary is €70,000. Your actual annual target income will be determined according to your qualifications and experience in line with the market.
