▶ Minimum of overall 12 years in Digital Core banking solution, Mobile Banking , consulting and implementing core banking, lending, channel solutions addressing challenges facing banking and financial institutions ▶ Deep knowledge of digital banking architectures and architecture approaches ▶ Deep understanding of open banking, microservice architecture and at least one or more of the following areas: Core Banking, Cloud Native core banking, API microservice architecture, mobile-front end architecture, customer engagement architecture ▶ Functional domain experience with product vendors, System Integrators or banks on core banking applications like FLEXCUBE, Finacle, T24 (Temenos), Finastra, Quartz, or Front-end Solutions like Infinity, Backbase, BankingOn etc. ▶ Good knowledge of the banking analysis tool and measures - balance sheet management, Fund Transfer Pricing, Liquidity (analysis, ratio…), ALM. ▶ Aware of current market trends in banking and Fintech. ▶ English business fluent ▶ Familiar with national / international standards associated with ICT practice ▶ Proven track-record in international environment ▶ Keeping commercial aspects continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions
