▶ Provides quality resource solutions to the delivery teams:

  • Based on profile and competency requirements
  • According to (Global) Service Line / GBU policies and guidelines

▶ Works closely with other RMs to ensure optimized staffing solutions

▶ Monitors the adaptation of CVs

▶ Monitors MPP status per respective Tower

▶ Coordinates necessary escalation calls with managers

▶ Ensures resource proposals are given within deadlines set and approved by managers if needed

▶ Organizes, participates, and facilitates staffing calls with the managers of the assigned teams



▶ Trains and supports on resource management tools

▶ Identifies and communicates needs for the development of employees in co-operation with the WFM Operations Manager

▶ Develops individual knowledge of their team members to ensure trustful relationships and to be considered as the point of contact on resource management topics



▶ Proactively communicates and collaborates with other RMs (horizontally and vertically) on different levels (BU / SL / Towers), with the Workforce Planning Team, to ensure knowledge sharing, process improvement, and optimized workforce staffing

▶ Participates in team‘s GBU alignment calls, and connects with Global counterparts if needed

▶ Provides support on self-service reporting on and around the resource management process (forecasts, bench, subcontractors)

▶ Informs WFM Workforce Planning of availabilities and needs in terms of staff, as well as provides regular updates of re-skilling needs and capabilities difficult to staff



▶ Documents feedback regarding a profile adjustment and the reasons for dismissing a profile. Feedback needs to be requested and precisely documented - including from a skill-perspective in order to determine skill deltas

▶ Ensures that the data in the Resource Management Systems is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

▶ Monitors that staff competency data is accurate and up to date at all times (MyCV / MySkills) times and feedback to the team manager for improvements.
