THE ESSENCE OF THE JOB:
-  Supervise and proactively maintain the environment to ensure a stable operation;

-  Provide level 2 support for issues and problems;

-  Management and maintenance supported infrastructures;

-  Provide on-call support for the corporate environment;

-  Reporting;

 

WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A SPECIALIST WITH EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN:

- Understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP);
- Knowledge of voice codecs (G711a/u);
- Session Border Controles (AudioCodes, Oracle, Ribbon);
- IP Networks; Switching and Routing:
- English- minimum B1+ level;


OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WE VALUE:
Cisco Unified Communications Products;
- Alcatel OmniPCX platform;
- Asterisk IPPBX;
Session Border Controles (AudioCodes, Oracle, Ribbon);
