Technical Service Delivery Manager

Position Summary

As a successful Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for knowledge, technical expertise, and the team (about 5-10 persons) managing and maintaining bundle of new and inherited applications, platforms, toolchains and systems.

Depending on individual skills and knowledge you will be engaged in (but not limited to):

  • Knowledge transfer from our client to the team, being technical expert
  • Analysis and resolution of technical problems and issues on several levels of difficulty.
  • Coordination of a team (mostly developers, application specialists, integrators and systems engineers)
  • Collaborative usage of recent methodologies and tools (ITIL and DevOps based approach, Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo), ServiceNow, Docker, Jenkins, Python, SQL, web development tools and/or many other technologies to work with
  • Coordination and execution of applications deployment and changes development.
  • Coordination of application support and maintenance activities performed by the team.
  • Controlling workload.
  • Technical solutions advisory.
  • Planning technical trainings for team members.
  • Evaluation of the team members.
  • Preparing services and work packages estimations.
  • Controlling project/service budget.

The position will be in our well communicated offices in Wroclaw/Warsaw/Łódź/Opole depending on your preferences. At initial stage of a project traveling to West European or Nordic countries for couple of weeks can be required.

You offer

  • At least 5 years of experience and interests in field of systems administration (Linux, Oracle, Microsoft Servers) and/or application maintenance (Java, .NET)
  • Experience in leading technical teams
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Experience in direct collaboration with end customer along with technical solutions preparations will be a desired advantage
  • German speaking/writing would also be considered as significant advantage
