Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Remote Support of End User desktops and laptops, mobile devices;
  • Incident and problem management handling to analyse issues and find solutions and/or workarounds;
  • Resolving critical issues from L2 or directly from customers;
  • Working on resolving of cases reported to Microsoft as SPOC;
  • Ensuring contact with the Manufacturer or a Software Partner;
  • Creating technical documentation (HLD, LLD, RACI);
  • Proactive working to improve environment - automation and platform configuration;
  • Participating in different projects within IT - migration, transformation, improvement, etc.;
  • Maintaining knowledge and sharing experience with other engineers.

To be successful on the role, you will have great analytical and interpersonal skills and would not be afraid of taking ownership of complex projects and interacting directly with customers. We expect you to advanced skills in project handling, meanwhile maintaining proactive attitude not only solution-based, but also to avoid such cases in future. The person on this role would have innate desire to onboard juniors on baselines and think of ways to develop their skills, meanwhile working with other SME`s on how to develop processes and/or environment to increase customer satisfaction yet be cost efficient.


Skills we can't do without:

  • At least 3 years of MS365 Advanced Knowledge and all components overview;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure;
  • Experience in AD User Management;
  • Troubleshooting skills (hardware and software);
  • Microsoft PowerShell scripting and automation;
  • Excellent level of English.
