The Poland GTS Tower is now looking for Software Developer that will be responsible for developing multiplatform solution to automate service request. Our goal is to build Claud based; cross tower platform available for the service desks.

Our team is responsible automation of business process for using home-grown solution. Our tool runs on Orchestrator and integrates with ServiceNow by home-grown developed connectors and automation solutions.

Our main focus is set on automation and development of our platform by connection to Microsoft Azure but apart from that we are going to build independent platform dedicated for service desks - thanks to which we will be able to accelerate automation processes and bring more benefits for the customers.


What will you do:


  • You will have chance to build independent, flexible platform planned to work for Cloud solutions,
  • Being responsible for building the solution from the scratch when it comes to backed & frontend development of the app
  • Understanding business goals and taking ownership for delivering process and being responsible for implementation plan of the platform
  • Making decision about bassline of the platform together with management and architects
  • Developing and testing automation workflows and technical specifications
  • Implement frameworks & methodologies for automation delivery, being responsible for automation of customer processes

  • Knowledge of one or more programming language: Java or JavaScript or Python or C/C++ or C# or .NET
  • Knowledge of scripting in PowerShell
  • Knowledge of MySQL database
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers




  • Understanding of business process flows of different customers & analyze automation potential
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose, resolve and deliver root cause analysis for automatic alerts and issues, resolving development issues, and driving them to closure
  • Be adaptable to work in a multifaceted, fast paced exciting, transforming environment
  • English level B2+
