In Atos Poland, ServiceNow Developer help support the mission, business, service, and operational needs of our clients. ServiceNow Developer role is to assist in technical aspects of implementation of Service Management and Service Integration and Management solutions for our existing and prospective clients.


Your responsibilities:


  • Prepares detailed specifications for application builds.
  • Assist with user story creation and grooming.
  • Responsible for coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation.
  • Understand the business or function for which the application is designed.
  • Taking part in the testing and deployment activities.
  • Maintenance and keeping up-to-date documentation.
  • Building and presenting solution designs.


Who are we looking for ?


  • Experience in ServiceNow Platform
  • Experience in Javascript, HTML, CSS (1+year)
  • Practical knowledge of Web Services - REST/SOAP (1+year)
  • Experience with Frameworks such as AngularJS/Bootstrap/ServiceNow Automated Test Framework/Selenium/Robot Framework
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
  • Good understanding of ITIL and Software Development Lifecycle
  • Desire to learn new technology
  • Collaborative approach
  • Good written and verbal communication skill in English (B2)


Desired skills:


  • ServiceNow certifications e.g. CSA, CIS, CAD or ISTQB
  • Experience in Agile development methodology.
  • Experience in working directly with customers.
  • Candidate having:
    • background in one of object-oriented programming language preferably Java, Python, PHP.
    • developer's experience in any other ITSM platform like BMC Remedy, 4me etc
    • and willing to switch to ITSM developer/ServiceNow role. Such candidate should be able to quickly learn ServiceNow platform with help of our trainings.
