Who we are?

Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is a part of Big Data and Security (BDS) division. The IAM team tries to answer the following question: “How the user accounts should be propagated across the IT systems of an organization to allow for effective and secure access to the most critical and key resources of the company?” A perfect candidate should be interested in finding an answer to this question, as well as in finding approaches to constantly improve processes of account synchronization.

 

What you will do?

 

The range of activities and tasks which are undertaken by SDS include:  

  • assigning resources to individual requests, bin’s, workflow tasks (WFT), 
  • validating of all requests (incidents, changes, queries, problems) and IP/WFT's if applicable (SLA/non-SLA), 
  • deciding and prioritizing when the request, WFT, work plan activity should be executed, 
  • to control timely execution of requests, WFT’s and work plan activities, 
  • handling and leading SDM and SNOW tickets, 
  • monitor, Track & Trace the ongoing requests / issues, 
  • to assist in compliancy and audits, 
  • improvement initiatives in planning and processes, 
  • keeping track of the availability and allocation of resources, projects, 
  • realizing important metric targets: ticket assignee and SLA target for each contract, 
  • preparing weekly, monthly reports and presentations for Demand Countries, 
  • taking part in weekly and monthly calls with counterparts.

 

Activities realized by SDS are making shorter communication channels between Demand Country and Analyst as well as provide contact for Team Leaders and Managers. 

 

Things we are looking for? 

 

  • creatively resolves and/or advances issues in a reasonable timely manner, 
  • ability to handle multiple high priority efforts/going for priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities, 
  • knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 
  • team orientated, 
  • focused on client, 
  • willingness to learn and can-do attitude, 
  • good interpersonal skills and a proactive way of working, 
  • ability to speak English - at least B2 level, second language is a plus, 
  • university degree and some experience in IT environments is a plus, 
  • working knowledge of Processes Management frameworks such as ITIL v3 will be considered as an advantage.
