Main responsibilities:

  • Administrating, maintaining and supporting business & custom systems,
  • Administrating, maintaining and supporting business & custom servers,
  • Manage and resolve incident, problem and change tickets, troubleshooting,
  • Monitoring and performance analysis,
  • Tasks coordination among internal and third-party teams,
  • Participation in projects

 
Key requirements:

  • Good communication skills,
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations,
  • Ability to work independently and act as a part of the team,
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows servers 2008-2019,
  • proficient knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux),
  • knowledge of VMware, VCenter
  • English B1 and higher,
  • Familiar with ITIL or Agile methodology,
  • PowerShell knowledge will be a plus
