Team Assistant / Secretary

Tasks:

 

  • Administrative support: assisting a team of senior managers with administrative matters
  • Accounting support: supervision over the circulation of invoices and internal orders
  • Supervision and coordination of the functioning of offices
  • Proactive and extensive data management, organizing meetings, changing the schedule, sending confirmations
  • Calendar management
  • Coordination of booking conference rooms and logistics for the purposes of conferences and videoconferences
  • Preparation of reports and presentations.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Good command of the English language
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office toolkit

Experience in a similar position in an international company
