Job Description:

 

Solution Manager:

- Reviews and validates Requirements, consulting with Customer Landscape Architect (CLA).

- Analyzes incoming data documents together with Demand Requests. Consults with the CLA when developing a Solution Strategy for meeting Customer’s requirements as well as AtoS business requirements.

- Creates work breakdown schedules including deliverables and timelines.

- Assigns workload to, and manages Solution Architects towards a coherent Priced Solution in line with the Solution Strategy.

- Follows AtoS Review & Approvals processes in line with RAINBOW.

- Maintains relationships with relevant external suppliers as required for developing Solutions.

- Ensures a high standard of quality, consistency and accuracy of proposals and communications issued by the Bid Solution Centre for assigned Demands.

- Reviews rejected proposals, contributes to Lessons Learnt Reports.

- Understands the contract unit pricing and the impact of the Demand on the ongoing priced volumes.

 

We are currently looking for an experience in the areas of Solution and Customer Landscape mature, communicative candidate with a good soft-skills. English is a must, German language is something really nice to have. Customer is based in Switzerland.
