We are currently looking for Solution Architect in Digital Workplace



The Digital Workplace Pre-Sales community are seeking Solution Architects to join our growing team.  Solution Architects are a key contributor in the development of winning solutions from Atos, and key to this is to work with clients consultatively and in formal RFP processes, to design compelling service and technical solutions to enable clients to meet their business challenges. A key contributor to the win themes and strategy. An expert in their field with experience of outsourcing and managed services in Digital Workplace / End User Compute.

What will you do? 

  • The solution Architect is a client facing member of the solutions team and is responsible for helping shape client requirements, and identifying  innovative and competitive solutions to meet their business need, alignment of client business requirements with relevant Atos portfolio offerings, and where there are gaps or opportunities, to create new innovative solutions.

  • Analyses customer business needs for own area of expertise and uses industry best practice to develop most optimal solution for clients

  • Accountable for within a deal the Digital Workplace scope having total responsibility for all elements – i.e. Service, Architecture, Security, Cost, 3rd Parties, HR , Transition and Transformation and Risk

  • Robust understanding of breadth of Atos Portfolio options (both local and global), as well as alternative non-portfolio options, future offerings and what the competitive approach / market best options are

  • Works with procurement to effectively engage with 3rd parties (Procurement manages; SA leads & directs)

  • Constructively challenges – with key stakeholders.

  • Support the solution team, or sales team in the development of winning propositions, including writing proposal elements as required, development of costings and models to identify opportunity to meet client business cases, development and delivery of presentations to clients and internal teams \

  • Produces exceptional customer facing documents, with ability to draft (not just re-use) content, presentations and proposals. 

  • Accountability for delivery assurance and handover of designed solution to the operational teams 

  • Gets the required solution design approvals from business and delivery per the existing processes and gets buy-in of business responsible

  • Utilisation of Atos methodologies to develop and manage solution requirements

  • Engages and actively enhances customer sessions both formal and informal.

  • Supports contract negotiations especially around all technical and solution elements (incl. cost impact) of own area of expertise

  • Potentially as and when required on small, single practice opportunities with limited Digital Workplace scope and complexity, lead the overall solution.

  • Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Multi factor Authentication,

  • Google : Workspace & Meeting Rooms

  • Virtual Workplace : MS Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware

  • Microsoft Cloud Print, Secure, Pull, Follow me, Mobile printing technologies

  • IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM) technologies.

  • Accessibility software
