Job Description

Service Catalog Manager is responsible for governance around maintaining the catalog items within the Customer space. Create and enhance process around adding/removal and modification of the catalog items. Creating of ServiceNow Catalog for Customer and suppliers within the ecosystem.
 

 

Job Requirements:
 

Mandatory:

  • Working knowledge of Service Catalog in ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in definitions and creation of Service Catalog Items in ServiceNow
  • Understanding of service catalog structure and process around modifications within the catalog space
  • Customer exposed service delivery (minimum 1 year of operational experience on service catalog management)
  • Excellent communication skills, openness and readiness to grow
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups, awareness of standardization and continuous improvement need
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
  • Awareness of standardization and continuous improvement need.

 

Aditional:

  • University degree in IT Discipline or equivalent in years of progressive experience in enterprise level IT environments
  • High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Competent in specific Service Management toolset
  • German Language is a plus
