Job Description

Knowledge Manger is accountable for all the processes and tools to build, share and develop knowledge. Daily tasks consists of creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information of an organization.

Request Manager is responsible for managing the life cycle of all service requests from the users. It is the process for dealing with service requests. Ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling. Identifies opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations of the organization.



Job Requirements:



  • Working knowledge of Request Fulfillment and Knowledge Management disciplines from frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000 (certification not required, but is a plus)
  • Experience in definition of workflows and creating and maintaining documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, openness and readiness to grow 
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups, awareness of standardization and continuous improvement need
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
  • Awareness of standardization and continuous improvement need.



  • University degree in IT Discipline or equivalent in years of progressive experience in enterprise level IT environments
  • High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Competent in specific Service Management toolset
  • German Language is a plus
