Job Details:

  • Responsible for managing the Configuration Management process in accordance to Atos Service Management Model based on ITIL best practices.
  • Maintains improves, integrates, measures, and reports on operational processes performance of the account being under his/her responsibility
  • Builds professional relationships with key business partners and peers in Service Operations functions
  • Involved in process evolution; develops and implements a continual service improvement cycle across all operational processes
  • Acts as single point of contact for customer's operational issues/concerns related to the account under his/her responsibility
  • Provides effective mentoring and help to more junior colleagues which engages, motivates them and develops an excellence culture in ITIL process management
  • Be part of transitions of SACM process between different tools and/or Service Providers as well as take part in migrations of CMDB Data Bases of existing ATOS customers to the new target CMDB solution.



Job Requirements:

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years ITIL practical experience in the Service Management processes specifically (minimum 1 year in Configuration Management process)
  • Knowledge and understanding of concepts of SACM Data Model, Service decomposition, CSFs, KPIs and metrics and be able to make use of them on day to day basis.
  • Excellent communication skills, openness and readiness to grow 
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Awareness of IT infrastructure, business applications, databases related to service management area together with relationships between them.
  • Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary
  • Soft skills like: analytical and problem solving, flexibility, customer and service quality oriented


Would be a plus if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with at least one ITSM tool like Service Now, BMC Atrium, HPSM
  • Competences with Microsoft Office Tools and reporting / analytical tools.
  • ITIL certifications or ISO 20 000 certifications
  • German Language is a plus
