We are now looking Senior Network Engineer colleague – expert in Pulse Secure area to join our team

 

Role description :

  • Administrate and operate Pulse Secure VPN Gateways, authentication Systems (RSA/FreeRadius/Linux Systems),Backend Systems (Linux and Windows)
  • Troubleshooting of complex malpositions
  • Involvement and lead of service improvement and service development based on customer contracts and projects and cost/benefit analyses and build up Service for new customers
  • Incident Management on 2nd and 3rd Level in complex scenarios with cross tower/cross department collaboration
  • Technical support for Problem- and Change-Management, Proceed Standard Service Requests
  • Service Asset and Configuration-Management, Patch management and Software updates
  • Proceed Backup and Recovery / improve B&R Scenarios


Requirements:

  • Knowledge about vendor Pulse Secure and RSA
  • Knowledge about LAN operation / LAN architectures
  • Knowledge about firewall systems and network protocols


Working Conditions

  • Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 7-19 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed
  • Willingness to participate in on call duty when necessary


Personal skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Be process driven and proactive


Languages:

  • English – min B2, German would be a plus
