SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER

We are now looking for Network Engineer with Cisco ACI experience.

Main Functions:

The Network Engineer will integrate Atos Infrastructure Operations Team for the Belgian contracts.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintain the network infrastructure
• Acknowledge, troubleshoot and resolve tickets that are assigned to the team in a correct way
• Raise incidents internally or to 3rd party partners when required
• Participate, on a punctual basis on specific projects related to their specialty
• The Network Engineer must have good interpersonal skills and must be a great teammate.

End User

Duties:

• Maintain the network infrastructure: Incident resolution, problem resolution
• Troubleshooting, co-ordination with third party suppliers as well as with the central IT department of the customer
• Environment planning, configuration management and other relevant tasks related to the role
• Maintains the relevant documents/manuals describing the network infrastructure
• Provides input for incidents/problems/defects post closure analysis to the incident/problem manager and/or the technical team leader
• Provides input to organize regular knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners

Working Conditions
Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 8-18 from Monday to Friday with oncall

Employment and technical requirements
(At least 2 years’ experience with):

• CISCO ACI
• Switching and routing (Cisco Nexus 9k, catalyst)
• Wireless technologies (Cisco)
• Firewall fix (checkpoint)
• Remote access technologies (Pulse Secure, IPSEC VPN, etc.)
• IPAM & DNS, Proxy, ServiceNow knowledge - is a plus

Personal skills:

• Be process driven and proactive
• Good communication skills

Languages:
English – min B2, ideally C1

Education:
Bachelor or University degree in IT or by demonstrable experience
Cisco CCNA R&S
