Project Office Coordinator

The PMO Service Team Member is responsible for the execution in line with defined budget and planning and in line with the strategy of the PMO (blueprint) and for interacting with the key stakeholders including RBU Operations teams and external stakeholders such as suppliers.


Every team member will be within a dedicated RBU Team and will be responsible for the migration of the tasks from the current process (either internal or external supply into a BAU state.

The delivery team member is expected to find ways to automate and make efficiencies as part of the day-to-day role and escalate issues to the team manager or business changes that could bring in cost reduction.


Main responsibilities: Service Delivery: Take ownership of tasks such as Candidate screening, job posting, SOW validation, worker onboarding through to invoicing. This is not an exhaustive list. Deliver an end-to-end service execution by orchestrating delivery between hiring managers, resource managers, procurement and suppliers, in line with Atos delivery standards, defined budget and planning.


Secure smooth running of implemented solutions (high quality and cost-effective delivery) by ensuring troubleshooting / maintenance (predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance) Improve productivity (cost optimization) of overall managed resources and/or platforms through innovation Participation in delivery of Cobweb transformation projects by leveraging dedicated specific service delivery capabilities Customer management: Understand and challenge (internal) clients’ business needs Interact with Atos GIT support Teams to improve Cobweb solutions adapted to the business needs People management: Ensure up to date internal knowledge in the resources of the PMO Service Team(s) Source relevant capabilities depending on service delivery specifications (staffing
