Job Description


  • Presenting the solution to customer (service demo, service offering)
  • Leading Transition and Transformation (T&T) projects for Proactive Experience Center (PXC) service
  • Supporting Proof of Concept for new services/technologies
  • Creating service architecture and service design for PXC based on End User Computing Analytics, Chatbot, Automation, Data Analytics and Knowledge Management technologies
  • Analyzing end-user sentiment data and end-user incident related data to identify main pain points and trends
  • Implementing standard PXC Experience Level Agreements (XLA) and designing new XLAs
  • Coordinating PXC service setup across all involved building block services
  • Installing and configuring PXC specific service components
  • Handing over new services to support teams


Job Requirements




  • Knowledge and experience with:
  • End-User Analytics technologies (Nexthink preferred)
  • Knowledge Management processes (preferable based on ServiceNow tooling)
  • Data Analytics/Data Science
  • End-user automation processes (RPA, IT Workflow Automation (ServiceNow), Microsoft System Center Orchestrator)
  • Predictive data analysis techniques
  • Chatbot technologies (ServiceNow chatbot, Bold360 chatbot, Google Dialogflow)
  • User Sentiment analysis
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes
  • Capability to understand and write technical documentation (designs, architecture docs, work instructions)
  • Proactive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team;
  • Good verbal and written English
  • High motivation to self-development



  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Power BI – creating reports, Power BI integration with various data sources
  • Big data analytics
  • Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) knowledge
  • Programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Java)
  • German language
