Job Requirements  

This role involves: 

  • Effective management of demand-supply within resource management area, especially effective mapping of skills and resources to open positions (IT projects) 
  • Reporting outcomes, coordinating resource approval process  
  • Performing resource planning and allocation 
  • Analyzing and managing resource requests in internal tool 
  • Organizing staffing calls with the managers of the assigned teams 
  • Contributing to corporate practices and policies, supervision of processes within Resource Management  
  • Informs WFM Workforce Planning of availabilities and needs in terms of staff, as well as provides regular updates of re-skilling needs and capabilities difficult to staff 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively maintain relationships with stakeholders using remote tools, multitask and stay organized while juggling various topics 
  • Experience in corporate environment within Workforce/Resource Management area 
  • Willingness to work  in a fast-paced changing environment 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level);  
  • Goal oriented mindset with delivery focus 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, especially Excel and Outlook) 
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be an asset. 
  • Quick-learning skills especially in corporate processes areas
