Position Summary

We are providing high class services modernizing IT environment, platforms and software for our customers and looking for an experienced process engineer with strong methodological background combined with analytical skills. We want to hire a skilled person to oversee the design and implementation of our projects processes. As a process engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.


Process Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.

• Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.

• Assembles reports to document process status and changes.

• Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.

• Communicates findings and proposals to upper management.

• Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.

• Conducts risk assessments.

• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.


Required skills

• Fluent English.

• Consulting level knowledge of ITSM process landscape.

• Very good knowledge of ITSM process DESIGN (workflows, R&R, actors, triggers etc.).

• Very good knowledge of BPMN and UML notation and hands on usage of tools for that.

• Consulting level knowledge of ITIL confirmed by certificates.

• In-depth understanding of development lifecycle and maintenance of the software.
