Job description

The position is based in our headquarter in Bydgoszcz.

The person in this position plays a key role in the management of human resources documentation and the flow of documents between employees, managers and the HR department, is also a key to the efficient management of documentation in the process of remote work of Atos GDC employees. The main scope at this position is focused on personnel documentation:

  • it`s management, creation, scanning, recording, managing physical archives
  • distribution of documents to managers and employees;
  • managing internal and external posts;
  • preparation of documentation during external and internal audits;
  • clarification of discrepancies in documentation;
  • monitoring of personnel documentation flow in the HR department

Skills we cannot do without:

  • Fluent Polish and very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
  • Knowledge of the law on the principles of creating and maintaining personnel files by the employer;
  • Knowledge of MS Office services;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of security and GDPR;
  • Working under time pressure;
  • Multitasking;
  • Customer service competence.
