100% remote job

 

As part of the Automation team candidate will work on the implementation and rollout of automation for service desk and various domains (process, backend, end-user), mainly within Microsoft technology stack. Work scope covers end-to-end engagement in automation implementation (knowledge and requirements gathering, research, development, deployment, enhancement, maintenance) in cooperation with respective teams.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintains the automation toolchains following validated designs,
  • Produce and deliver PowerShell / Python scripts, and other Microsoft stack automation suite content, and related configurations,
  • Participate in the meetings to contribute to the definition of new improvement projects and to contribute to the design of the automation solutions and frameworks,
  • Maintain the automation toolchain related documentation by ensuring that changes are reflected in the documentation,

 

Requirements:

 

  • Good ability of scripting in PowerShell and/or Python
  • Knowledge of Windows Server
  • Fundamental knowledge of on prem Active Directory and Exchange
  • Administration & troubleshooting of operating systems and custom applications
  • Identify, investigate repetitive issues and cooperate with L1 and L2 support groups
  • English B2

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Programming experience in any language
  • Experience in Linux Administration
  • Knowledge of SCCM, Git, SQL
  • Experience in using REST API
  • Ability to analyze system logs and events
