What are we looking for?


The Client Security Manager (CSM) is responsible for all security-related business controls of customer(s) assigned to them, working closely with your global peers to deliver an always secure, audit ready environment. To this end the CSM will support the account service delivery manager, providing leadership for Information Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance in adherence to both regulatory and contractual requirements.
As a highly visible customer facing role, the CSM will have regular interaction with both Atos and the customers senior management, maintaining an overview of all Information Security related activities as the first point of contact for security in the account.


Key accountabilities:

The main tasks involve:


  • Security Incident Management (handling and process definition)
  • Patch Management (definition and maintenance)
  • Set-up client information security relationship,
  • Define contractual security obligations and policies,
  • Ensure contractual compliance,
  • Raise security awareness on regular basis,
  • Manage account security exceptions and risk,
  • Facilitate customer security audits as the single point of contact,
  • Report on security levels as required,
  • Conduct self-assessments, determine key controls compliance,
  • Actively manage security transition and due diligence,
  • Build and update account security plan.


Desired profile:


  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent professional qualification in the field of IT/security
  • Experience in IT security-managing role (customer and/or internal security manager, officer, CISO, CSO, CRO, etc.),
  • Experience in effective communication with all levels of stakeholders within Atos, the Customer account team, suppliers and third parties, on a day-to-day basis
  • In-depth knowledge and a fully verifiable practical experience of the security standard ISO 27001 2013
  • CISSP, CISM or CRISC certification
  • Experience in IT outsourcing business (a plus)
  • Experience of ISO 27001 security audits/compliance audits, (ISO 27001 Lead auditor certificate required, CISA a plus)
  • Technical background and understanding of IT technology and modern trends (strongly preferred)
  • MS Office literacy required (Excel a must, Visio and Project a plus)
  • English B2/C1 required (strong verbal and written skills are required to ensure that standards of delivery to Atos Customers are maintained),
  • German or French minimum B1/B2 (a plus)
  • Ability to self-organize and concentrate on result delivery to deadlines,
  • Organization awareness and internal drive resulting in swift issue resolution,
  • Keen-eye to detail, quality-oriented, inquisitive but open mind, conscientiousness,
  • Ability to work well under time pressure and act as part of the team.
