We are currently looking for Asset Management Specialist with German

 

 

Asset Management Specialist with German main responsibilities: 

 

  • Managing the contractual framework for client service delivery. Ensuring all delivered services are adequately contracted, in line with agreed contractual framework 

  • Operational Support 

  • Coordinating Purchase Order creation and invoice reconciliation 

  • Supporting business reporting activities, coordinate generation of status reports 

  • Project Coordination 

  • Undertaking project tasks as required 

  • Process Improvement 

  • Assist with development of internal tools, processes, and standard methodologies 

  • Assist with streamlining change management (e.g., planning and drafting communications) 

  • Support with sample and data reporting and logistics 

  • Assist with timelines and status reporting 

  • Other back office co-ordination activities 

 

Job Requirements: 

 

 

  • Good English & German communication skills - should have to be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing (at least B2 level according to internal assessment); 

  • Ability to produce concise & high quality written report drafts; 

  • Purchasing and accounting activities; 

  • Be able to understand all aspects of the contract; 

  • Being proactive and energetic, flexible, confident, and able to use your own initiative& make your own decision. Have the ability to make decision where they may not be full knowledge of all relevant facts in the available timeframe; 

  • General knowledge of IT infrastructure environment;

  • Good personal organizational management skills; 

  • Excellent team working skills; 

  • Handling internal work relationships and encouraging communication orally; 

  • Have a positive approach to solving problem; 

  • Analytical skills; 

 

 

Knowledge and experience: 

  

  • Working in teams 

  • In handling customer feedback effectively 

  • Of management project 

  • Purchasing & accounting activities
