We are looking for English speaking candidates, with technical background, who will be supporting and providing services related to VOIP technology. 

What are we looking for: 

-good analytical skills 

-basic knowledge of VOIP technology 

-basic network knowledge 

-virtualization and Windows Server knowledge 

-Cloud solutions knowledge will be a plus 

-knowledge of one or more products: Genesys on premises, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, CX-one  

-good troubleshooting skills 

-knowledge of SQL will be a plus 

-English on min. B2 level 

-person who is interested in IT, willing to learn new technologies and develop skills 

 

What you will do on the job: 

-monitor and maintain the environment to ensure stable operation 

-provide 2nd level support for issues, requests and problems 

-maintain supported infrastructure within 24/5 service hours 

-standby support during weekends in case of major issues 

-daily maintenance of service requests and changes for customers
