QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s Degree

  • Project Management certifications: PMP, Prince2, etc.

  • 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity IT project management

SKILLS:

  • Experience in managing large/medium/small scale IT project with significant client interactions

  • Knowledge and hand-on experience in project and risk management processes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective presentation skills

  • Effective inter-personal skills for leading and collaborating with multi-national customers and internal team

  • This role may require global short-term travel to client locations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, implement, track and deliver large/ medium scale customer projects for MDR deployment

  • Develop, execute and track project plans coordinating with different internal delivery teams, external vendors and customer stakeholders

  • Identify program risks, develop and implement risk mitigation and organisational change plans

  • Manage and execute communication plan with internal stakeholders, vendors and customer stakeholders

  • Ensure customer expectations are met and value is delivered to the customers

  • Ensure objectives of the program are identified, tracked and achieved

  • May require short-term travel to local and global client locations
