You will play a critical role in managing the creation and adoption of training in projects for implemented TIBCO solutions. Your role will be to create meaningful knowledge transfer from the implementation project team to the users of the implemented solution.  

Job location:  Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Brasov, Ploiesti or remote (Romania);



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or other relevant fields;
  • At least 4 years of experience as a trainer, with experience in knowledge transfer programs in large projects;
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Bus integration solutions (TIBCO, WSO2, MuleSoft, etc)
  • Certification as a trainer is highly desired;
  • Experience in mission-critical environments and projects (Energy, Telco) is a major plus.


Daily main tasks

  • Technical assistance in the daily operation of the implemented solutions (practical operation guide). Support for applications Go Live.
  • Knowledge transfer management from the project team to the end-users of the implemented solution;
  • Operational training for the integration of new Applications, including changes of settings/configurations to the already integrated Applications.
  • Assistance for the treatment of anomalies and the preparation of requests for specialized assistance from the solution supplier, in situations of operation not in accordance with the technical specifications (abnormal or faulty operation of the implemented solutions).
  • Operational training in order to manage critical operating situations, including testing the technical condition of the implemented solution, switching to the backup solution (Disaster Recovery), and restoring the service to the basic solution.
