The Enterprise Solution Architect will drive digital/transformational/Multi-Pillar projects with our customers.

Job location:  Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Brasov, Ploiesti or remote (Romania);

 

Skills and experience

Experience and Certification in more than one of the following technology areas is required:

  • Enterprise Integration (on-prem, iPaaS)
  • Business Process Automation
  • Data Management and Data Governance
  • Data Science
  • BI and Reporting
  • Visual Analytics
  • Cloud Data Services.

 

Especially focused on Enterprise Message Service, Operational Intelligence Hawk RedTail, Cloud API Management, Integration / Integration-Connectivity (especially SAP ERP, SAP S4/HANA), BusinessWorks.

 

Required professional capabilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English)
  • Ability to work as a team, yet work independently on complex business / technical problems
  • 3+ years of experience as an enterprise integration architect or data architect, both on-premises and cloud (private, hybrid) environments;
  • Strong academic and professional track record
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and passion to build innovative solutions;
  • Experience in mission-critical environments and projects (Energy, Telco) is a major plus.

 

Daily main tasks

  • Development of integrated application architecture. Integration of the TIBCO integration solution architecture with the legacy systems architecture.
  • Management of the development, maintenance, and integration of software applications, including the writing, modification, integration, testing, and documentation of source code.
  • Simulation of business processes, their interactions, and definition of integration models. Management of the development and maintenance of applications based on the TIBCO technologies.
  • Providing support to the project teams, by getting involved in the business analysis process, and supporting the users, by solving the problems/incidents assigned through the support portal and ensuring their proactive identification activity (Problem Management). Risk assessment of the implementation plan in projects.
  • Adapting new requirements to existing applications, by standardizing interfaces according to defined flows. Promoting shared and integrated applications and infrastructures to maximize information flows and minimize costs for provided solutions during projects;
  • Ensure consistency between programming results and functional and operational requirements of the solution, such as functional performance, compatibility, security, and compliance.
  • Promote flexible, scalable, and synced technical solutions in response to changing business requirements. Architectural solution design, resource allocation, and business requirements traceability management.
  • Conduct development of the user and/or operations manual for the new software components, as appropriate.
  • Organizing knowledge transfer workshops with users for the operation of new software components, and preparation of development reports, as appropriate.
  • Providing support for business acceptance in projects;
  • Ensuring Change Management and installing software on all media (eg productive, etc.).

 

Must provide a general understanding of the location and role of the products supplied (integration solutions) in the overall architecture of the target organization.
