We are looking for TIBCO Integration Specialist and architect where the primary goal is the architecting, designing, and implementation of integration solutions, typically, as part of larger transformation programs within enterprise-class landscapes. We are looking for an enthusiastic, TIBCO technology-skilled person with hands-on experience in integration technologies and projects, ideally in both on-prem and cloud space, experienced in full project delivery lifecycle, from strategy stage through implementations, migrations stages.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred;
  • 5+ years of working experience in systems integration and application integration projects based on TIBCO technologies, consulting experience is a plus;
  • Excellent understanding of business applications and their integration in the enterprise, experience in managing enterprise-wide requirements definitions and management, understanding implications from corporate processes designs and requirements into applications integration requirements, designs and implementations;
  • Experiences in analysis design and implementation of integrations and APIs with custom and packaged software, in cloud, hybrid, or on-premise solutions;
  • Demonstrated expertise in a variety of the Enterprise Architecture and Integration concepts, practices, and procedures;
  • Experience with one or more of the following TIBCO technologies;  Enterprise Message Service, Operational Intelligence Hawk RedTail, Cloud API Management, Integration / Integration-Connectivity (especially SAP ERP, SAP S4/HANA), BusinessWorks.
  • TIBCO certifications covering at least 2 of the above technologies;
  • Experience and passion for implementing Microservices, SOA, and API based solutions, using both on-prem and cloud environments, experience in Web Services (SOAP and RESTful) integration concepts, and implementations;
  • Integration experience with Messaging like JMS, MQ;
  • Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution;
  • Ability to create governing principles, developer guidelines, and knowledge of integration best practices, and design patterns;
  • Able to plan, coordinate, architect, and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions;
  • History of working successfully in mission-critical projects (especially Energy, Telco);
  • Exhibit exceptional technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented manner;
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) to convey the technical solution to stakeholders, both Romanian and English.


Moreover, the following will be an advantage:

  • Prior development experience in at least one of the cloud integration technologies like MuleSoft, WSO2
  • Programming language experience like Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL;
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Experience in mission-critical environments and projects (Energy, Telco) is a major plus.


Daily main tasks

  • This role is for an experienced and motivated person who possesses and will apply in real project cases an unique balance of technical depth, project experience, analytical, team management, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing business processes and information flows to identify and design parts that can be automated and integrated.
  • Identify and develop partial process flows that can be reused in several processes, as well as a set of governance rules for their use.
  • Divide the processes into stages (steps) and make the operational flow and information flow diagrams.
  • Carrying out critical analyzes of the processes to be integrated and making optimization proposals. Flow modeling of operational / information flows to improve process characteristics and automation/robotization capabilities, as well as process optimization.
  • Monitoring the integrated processes, the integration objectives (according to the established metrics), and the evaluation of the possibilities to achieve the objectives established through the integration (achievement of the forecasted service levels - SLA).
  • Carrying out analyzes of the maturity of the processes modeled for integration, identifying the risks, and recommending solutions to solve possible process incidents. Recommendation of solutions for incident management (problem management).
  • Making reports and general level analysis (high-level analysis) on the use of data/information through the process of integration /optimization of processes.
  • Must understand the characteristics of integration solutions and generate the architecture that will meet the expected requirements and performance
