We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Process Architect to deliver exceptional value to our customers during TIBCO integration projects.

Job location:  Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Brasov, Ploiesti or remote (Romania);



  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst, senior level, with a solid Enterprise Integration track record, including both on-premise and cloud (private, hybrid) TIBCO integration projects;
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
  • Strong oral and written communication, in Romanian and English;
  • Experience in mission-critical environments and projects (Energy, Telco) is a major plus.


Experience and Certification in more than one of the following TIBCO technology areas are required:

  • Enterprise Integration (on-prem, iPaaS)
  • Business Process Automation
  • Data Management and Data Governance
  • Data Science
  • BI and Reporting
  • Visual Analytics
  • Cloud Data Services.


Especially focused on Enterprise Message Service, Operational Intelligence Hawk RedTail, Cloud API Management, Integration / Integration-Connectivity (especially SAP ERP, SAP S4/HANA), BusinessWorks.


Daily main tasks:

  • Development of the business architecture for TIBCO integration solutions based on business scenarios and operational rationals. Identify the most appropriate technical solutions to transform functional (business) requirements into technical (design) requirements.
  • Application of an architectural model for the development of the TIBCO applications, structured on business requirements and on a development methodology focused on achieving the objectives. Mapping objectives into metrics and performance indicators meaningful for business.
  • Defining a set of strategic processes, defining the entities that interact with the business and are involved in the managed processes. Ensuring the exchange of good practices and supporting the customers, during projects, regarding the business processes to be implemented in projects.
  • Recommendation of measures for automation and modernization of the essential processes managed. Defining the data used and shared in the target organization and processes. Develop and update technical (design) specification documents in the functional specifications, including the traceability matrix of the functional requirements.
  • Providing assistance and support to the Provider's development and testing team, throughout the implementation of the Project.
  • Ensuring a permanent link with the Beneficiary and providing advice in adapting functional business flows to the specific requirements of the Project and, in particular, to the requirements of BSE Applications and Interfaces.
  • Providing support for business acceptance of projects.
  • Must understand the functionalities of the TIBCO integration technologies and generate recommendations on mediation, distribution, and connectivity as mini-services used TIBCO integration projects.
