Are you ready for an adventure and new challenges and would you like to be in the driving seat jointly setting the HR agenda for Atos Belux?


We are looking for an engaged and dedicated Head of HR to set the direction for HR in the Belux organization. You are a member of the Belux Management team and will be working closely with it to ensure that HR supports our business in reaching their strategic goals. The role will act in accordance with the guidance from the Global and Northern Europe region HR organizations.  A highly competent Belux HR Organization with 2 teams of 7 colleagues in total will assist you in reaching these goals. The team is about to start working according to the Click-Call-Face model and it is supported by a state-of-the-art digital solution. 


Essential responsibilities


•    Representing and addressing the ‘HR agenda’ in the Belux management team meetings
•    Define distinctive local and translate and embed new global/region HR policies, processes and tooling into local standards. Where needed time is also spent on working on local Business strategic projects 
•    Close and effective cooperation with local Workers Council, Unions and Health Committee
•    Monitoring progress on objectives and meeting deadlines that are in your scope of work including the quality standards that are in place  
•    Monitoring that Global/Region/Country HR initiatives are compliant with Belux labor legislation and local employment conditions
•    Representing HR in the Belux business MT and in Northern Europe HR (management) meetings  
Your profile:

You have an HR degree and at least 5 years of experience in a general HR function in a global setting. You are already familiar with various facets of HR, understand IT service companies and their business and have a broad understanding of Belgian and Luxembourg employment conditions and employment law. Coordinating projects is also something you are familiar and successful with.
You are skilled in engaging employees, working with demanding business managers and aligning with Workers Councils & Unions.

•    Like to work on distinctive HR (C&B) policies to strengthen the Atos BE & LU labor market brand
•    Are strong in building relations, a good and influential communicator 
•    Speak fluent in Dutch, French and English
