About the Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) practice at Atos

 

As a member of DTC, you will operate within a fast-paced Consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and high performing experts worldwide. Our teams work on challenging digital projects that deliver creative and innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors.

About the role

We are looking for an individual who can work with our Defence Customers on the development and delivery of complex programmes.

 

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) is a key client and we are specifically looking for individuals with experience in and a desire to work in the defence sector. 

 

Required skill set and experience:

  • Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book Guidelines and experience of preparing business cases for the MOD.
  • Understanding of Approvals Management in the MOD (co-ordinating and capturing the necessary evidence required for approvals and investment decisions).
  • Production of formal documentation.
  • Evidence of working collaboratively as a member of a team and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients across all disciplines.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present your ideas and solutions.

 

Desired skill set:

  • Evidence of CAT A Competitive Procurement within MOD.
  • An understanding of the MOD, its project management methodology and approach.
  • Experience of Single Source Price Regulations.
  • Certification in a Project Management Methodology or Framework (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile etc).
  • Mentoring and Coaching.

 

A preference will be for candidates who live in the South West of England, as this is predominantly where we anticipate individuals will be required to work. However, all roles in Consulting normally require travel to varying work locations (predominantly in, but not confined to, the UK) on an as-required basis and successful candidates must also be prepared to stay away from home as necessary, according to need. 

 

The candidate should also hold or be capable of obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organisations.
