The role of a lean improvement consultant is to analyse a way of working to identify improvements. In this role you will initially support a full-time consultant. The role involves:

 

Reviewing data in Excel to understand the current process, and presenting the data using Microsoft PowerPoint

 

Speaking to managers to understand problems with the current process and to visually map out the process

 

Full training provided including the opportunity to becoming certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt when your first improvement is delivered

 

Encouraging and embedding of problem-solving attitude

Strong Maths & analytical skills – using numbers to explain situations and problems

 

Able to explain workings and numbers

 

Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

 

Problem solving Mindset, processes and looking for improvement opportunities

 

Highly self-driven and motivated with an self improvement attitude

 

Proficient English language skills

 

25 hours weekly, working from 9:00 am until 03:00 pm in the afternoon.
