JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title – Salesforce Industry Cloud Solution Architect (Communication Cloud)

 

Experience – 4 to 7 years in Salesforce, 2 years in Vlocity Communication Cloud

 

Key consideration for the ideal candidate:

  1. In-depth knowledge of CRM and BSS domain within Telecom Operators
  2. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Communication cloud (Vlocity)
  3. Experience with working in bid teams as solution manager/solution architect for Vlocity. Understand customer needs and translate it in an Atos solution / offer including Price to Win
  4. Experienced in customer meetings to explain Atos solution
  5. Experience with industry data model (including customer data model & communication data model) and hands-on knowledge of working with process library processes.
  6. Hands-on experience in business process analysis, defining to-be business process, solution mapping with industry cloud components, configuration implementation, validation and deployment as part of Salesforce+Vlocity engagement.
  7. Demonstrable experience in conceptualising solutions using Salesforce+Vlocity platform and providing out of the box, declarative solution options to client requirements
  8. Working understanding of the following Vlocity digital interaction platform capabilities:

a. Process library processes such as Lead management, Subscription management, Billing, Order management and so on

b. Party model, Households, Premises management

c. Vlocity Industry Console

d. User interaction tools such as OmniScript, Cards framework, Actions, Conversation UI, OmniForm, Interaction launcher

9. Knowledge of one or more of the following Communication cloud capabilities:

a. Enterprise product catalogue (EPC)

b. Configure, price, quote (CPQ)

c. Order management

d. Contract lifecycle management

10. Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem and solution components including Sales cloud, Service cloud, & AppExchange apps.

11. Experienced in working with agile methodology and being part of Scrum/Done teams.

12. Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while crafting the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools.

13. Conforming to Software Development Life Cycle processes and Force.com configuration best practices during implementation.

14. Must have very good interpersonal skills (both verbal & written); prior customer facing experience is preferred.

15. Contribution in Salesforce based presales activities.

16. Certifications: Must be Vlocity platform consultant and Salesforce.com App Builder Certified. Nice to have Vlocity communications foundation (learning path), Salesforce service cloud consultant and Salesforce sales cloud consultant certifications.

17. Knowledge of Vlocity intelligence, Digital commerce, Marketing cloud modules are nice to have.
