The Opportunity

As a Senior PMO Analyst you will be planning and driving sophisticated portfolios of projects, while at the same time actively leading and mentoring an existing team of 10-50 members.


Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Handling large, geographically dispersed teams and applying planning, reporting and communication methods to manage dispersal.
  • Identifying risks, issues, building strategies, approaches and tools to handle them.
  • Leading projects and maintaining effective relationships with the client, Account Manager and all other related parties.
  • Producing budgets and identifying controls to maintain a profitable environment.
  • Leading an effective overall change control – documentation, impact analysis (cost, margin, schedule, risk, quality, staffing).
  • Supervising performance targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards and taking appropriate action if needed.



  • 6+ years of IT Project Experience with focus on leading medium to large sized projects.
  • University Degree (e.g. Bachelor or Master). Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification.
  • Solid track record of delivery within the FS&I sector and awareness of financial regulatory requirements.
  • Realistic estimates and demonstrating the financial/cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioral skills to take ownership for large projects.
  • Experienced in management of international projects.
  • Has an advanced level of English to handle a contract (negotiation, day to day project management).
