The Opportunity
A Project and Program Management Office (PMO) is a central hub that provides structure and centralized coordination in order to support, enable and ensure Projects and Programs achieve objectives. 


As a Project Office Coordinator you will support the Project or Program Director in early detection and management of risks, while ensuring overall control of plans, financial results, reporting, quality, team and partner management, by independently covering at least 2 of the PMO services. 


You will also ensure the project or program workforce has a detailed understanding of processes, executes them according to standards and increases speed and ensure repeatability of delivery by consistent application of methodology.



Аbility to travel within the UK is needed for this position. Overseas travel to other Atos sites may be required in the future.


Day-to-day tasks:
•    Ability to report & control status of most critical project areas (risks & issues, finances, resources, planning & achievements, results & sign-offs).
•    Able to lead a small (1-3 staff – Atos team), single-site project team.
•    Sets up and maintains a trusted Program Repository, with a clear structure, with accurate access management.
•    Updates and coordinates the project plan and all related documentation.


Skills we can't do without:
•    1-2 years prior project experience, preferably PMO experience, with a comprehensive knowledge of development lifecycles & related processes.
•    Relevant university degree (either Bachelor or Master), or relevant work experience.
•    Project management certifications (e.g. PMI, Prince2, P3O) would be an advantage.
•    Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
