If the answer to all of these is yes, then we would love to meet you! Atos is seeking a self-starting Performance Analyst to join our team of experts. At Atos, we drive state of the art initiatives and solutions such as Edge Computing, Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Cyber Security. You will be required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS security clearance check in order to undertake this position.


Day-to-day tasks:

  • Providing Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Delivering daily dashboards to a high-level ensuring data accuracy.
  • Identifying any areas of concern and working with the management team to ensure plans and actions are aligned and implemented.
  • Conducting adhoc analysis to support the wider business.
  • Attending performance meetings as required, providing the key data when needed to facilitate conversations and understanding of issues.
  • Reviewing sophisticated data and be able to communicate insight across all partners.


  • Rigorous attention to detail with operational mind-set.
  • IT literate, proficient MS Office, Word and Excel skills, fluent English language skills, able to effectively connect with partners daily via telephone, email and face to face.
  • Ability to challenge conventional ideas and persuade stakeholders to engage with new processes or developments to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize the workload when multitasking in a rational manner both individually and for the team in general.
  • Ability to manage change positively, effectively and efficiently to achieve best outcomes
  • Positive attitude, personal drive to achieve and exceed targets.
