The Opportunity


An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join the Global Lean team as a Business Improvement Consultant.


Working within this team, the successful candidate will combine their passion for continuous improvement with methodologies to co-ordinate, define and deliver improvement initiatives targeted at creating value for both our internal and external clients.


This is a hands-on job and high-profile role working within a team with an impressive and recognised track record for delivering results.




The Business Improvement Consultant will use best practice frameworks and improvement methodologies to work with stakeholders to increase performance through process optimisation, simplification, and automation.


You will be driving operational performance at a senior level with Global Executive Stakeholders who have great expectations from a highly successful team. You, in turn, will be rewarded for your innovation and offered significant opportunities for development and career progression.


In addition to project work, you will be sharing success and supporting others from across the business to develop their improvement skillset, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Skills we are looking for


It would be advantageous to have knowledge, skills, and certification in the following areas:


  • Lean Six Sigma 
  • Financial Management 
  • Project Management 
  • ITSM tools/Automation 
  • Data Analysis


This role is primarily home based but offers the opportunity to travel within the UK when required.
