Our Vision for Atos to be the leader in Cybersecurity requires the integration of all Security products and services with the newest technologies on the Internet of Things, Big Data and Security Analytics.

 

You are responsible for leading the delivery of large projects made of integrated cybersecurity solutions with cross-expertise collaborators (from your department or from other Cyber departments) to perfectly match Atos’ French customers’ needs.

 

You will directly report to the Director of Atos Cybersecurity in France (400 employees) working closely with the Head of Operations, CTO, others Cybersecurity departments’ directors, Local Alliances Manager, Pre-Sales, Sales, and the Cybersecurity Services Global team.

You must possess a strong interest for program and team management in a global environment.

You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their problems and find pragmatic and innovative solutions.

 

  • Team Management (+100 FTE) composed of cyber architects, cyber experts, and project managers.
  • Definition of the recruitment strategy to achieve the objectives, as well as drawing career plans for the staff of his department
  • Guaranty on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of projects with his team and / or with the support of resources located in off-shore (Poland, Romania, India ...)
  • Provide and support customer interface as much as necessary (pre-sales, customer alerts, etc.) - From your department transfer BUILD activities to other departments in charge of RUN
  • In the pre-sales phase, engage the delivery capacities of his department
  • Determines the offers made by his department in connection with the Portfolio manager
  • Provides all necessary support for commercial functions - Responsible of the P&L of his department,
  • Ensures financial (Turnover, Margin, Invoicing) and operational (Customer satisfaction) reporting
  • Implements action plans necessary for continuous improvement of his department and projects delivery, relying on support functions

 

You must be able to communicate with each area of the company.

You will serve as the internal and external evangelist for CyS Program management, thus working internally with Sales, Presales… and externally with customers.

 

Following experience is required :

 

  • Master’s degree
  • 10-years-experience in Cybersecurity and management of major projects,
  • 5-year-experience in Management of teams of significant size
  • Significant experience in P&L Management in high growing market
  • Good expertise on the French Cybersecurity market, ideally experience of an ESN
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong, yet diplomatic personality, taste for customer service; able to deliver business across geographies & functions.
