As Global Lead Buyer, you will be responsible for development and execution of action plans, negotiations, supplier selection, processes and standard methodologies for the respective sub-category. You will influence the GBU procurement resources by indicating and leading the realization of the targets.

With the support of the Global Category Manager, work with countries buyers and partners especially in Workforce Management on the implementation of a global purchasing strategy and support/lead global/local Staffing initiatives in order to streamline the way Atos Group procures Staffing, increasing performance through more efficient and effective processes, adding value through improvements to total cost of ownership


RESPONSIBILITIES:
-  Propose purchasing strategies which combine both global and local requirements, assisting the Global Category Manager to build a suitable strategy for the Staffing area whilst taking into consideration the needs of internal customers and local GBU business requirements

-  Delivering of key projects 

-  Influence, share and collaborate closely with key partner to become a true business partner ensuring that internal customers are aligned with proposed category strategies in terms of cost, quality, lead-times and service levels

-  Work in a collaborative way to obtain commitment to the category action plans. This includes the whole category process from developing sourcing strategy, gaining consensus and convincing partners to develope business cases, communication, sourcing through RFP, on-boarding suppliers and realizing benefits through category saving plans

-  Lead communication initiatives around category action plans supported by the Global Category Manager

-  Lead key supplier relationships, including regular reviews of supplier performance, internal customer satisfaction, ongoing negotiations and the production of the key agreements.

-  Manage/co- manage internal process changes or improvements to optimize the sub-category spend and supplier delivery

-  Investigate and evaluate how new Staffing models and industry standards can be used to improve efficiency within the organization


SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
The position which is in the Subcontracting category, includes the following areas:

 - Contigent Workers including Temporary Staff
-  Some Resource SOW/FP/T&M mainly related to IT subcontracting


MAIN ACTIVITIES:
-  Building global strategy together with Global HR WFM and GBUs being the main partners to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for the Staffing area
 - Implementation of Global PSLS and Global Procurement Strategy
-  Lead key supplier relationships including working with country buyers attending quarterly business reviews and delivering internal customer satisfaction

-  Bring and supervise standardization across Staffing category by implementing standardized processes and operating models together with key partners and other GLB

-  Lead or support global and local tenders/contract negotiations where Staffing expertise is needed as part of the Group strategy

-  Conduct benchmarking and industry assessments to identify best practices. Use this knowledge to support internal customers, reduce costs and develop sourcing strategies implementing such initiatives to improve productivity within the company.


REQUIREMENTS:
-  Experience with Organisational Change

-  Hands-on experience of leading tenders and negotiating contractual agreements

-  Background in Strategic procurement techniques and sophisticated negotiation skills

-  Experience in developing procurement sourcing strategies across one or multiple categories of purchasing, preferably in the procurement of HR Services

-  Fluent in English, French/German/Dutch is an advantage

-  At the least5 years of proven experience in Procurement within a global organization

-  The ideal candidate will be experienced in Workforce Augmentation including managing Outsourced Services / leading outsourcing initiatives or (Staffing/3rd Party labour/Project Deliverables and T&M including managed services programs)
