Routing & Switching: (CISCO & JUNIPER)
• Should have strong experience in Cisco Switches 45XX, 3750/ 6500/Nexus), Cisco Routers (ASR 1000 Series, 72xx/2600/2800, 3800 series). Juniper switches and routers (EX Series, QFX Series, PTX Series, MX Series)
• Strong Experience need on Nexus (Up gradations, Configurations & Troubleshooting)
• Experience in IP routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF and BGP) configuration and troubleshooting an Enterprise network.
• QOS, MPLS, VRF, VRF lite.
• Switching skills STP, RSTP, PVST, port channelling.
• Experience in HSRP, NAT, GLBP, IP SLA configuration and troubleshooting in an enterprise network.
• Understanding of Network tools Wireshark, Network Observer, Net flow Analyzer MRTG etc.
Security Platform:
• Should have strong experience in any of the following Security platform – CISCO ASA, PALO ALTO, JUNIPER SRX.
• Site to Site VPN (IPsec), WEB or SSL VPN.
Load Balancer:
• Should have strong experience in any of the following Load Balancer platform – Citrix, F5 (LTM, GTM)
Other Skills:
• Should have good experience with ITIL process
• Should have good knowledge on network drawing and Microsoft Visio
• End to End Ownership for Service Delivery
• Lead team of Network Services professionals, NOC, L2 support

• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Natural Customer service oriented with excellent delegation and follow up skills to ensure tasks are tracked and completed in due time.
